Jéferson Silveira is managing partner of Silveira Capital, where he is involved in business development and Mergers & Acquisitions in the Agribusiness and Mining sectors. He has led over 20 transactions, encompassing activities such as material preparation, analysis and projections, market mapping, negotiations, coordination of due diligence efforts, and final contract negotiations.
Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the development of over 40 strategic projects for major national and international companies, including Hortec, Vale, Votorantim, Gerdau, Sandvik, Anglo American, among others.
Jéferson Silveira supports Brazilian entrepreneurs by integrating technological innovations with technical, strategic, and financial knowledge, exploring the frontiers of knowledge to create value for shareholders, potential buyers, and investors. He establishes partnerships with leading Brazilian universities and technology and innovation centers.
Furthermore, he is an investor in various businesses, as well as the founder and supporter of the philanthropic initiative "Amigos da Escola" (Friends of the School). Jéferson has also published 15 papers in national and international events.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais) and FH Schmalkalden in Germany. He has a post-graduate degree in finance from Fundação Dom Cabral and an MBA in Agribusiness from ESALQ - USP (Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture at the University of São Paulo).
Member of IBEF - Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives and IMAA -Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances, Jéferson is undergoing Valuation training with Professor Aswath Damodaran, who is a world reference in the field of valuation and professor at the University of New York .
Francielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Federal Institute of Southeast Minas Gerais - Campus Rio Pomba and joined Silveira Capital through a selection process for interns. Her excellent performance resulted in her being hired for the research position.
